We’re opening a new branch to better service our members with a modern, more accessible space, designed to enhance comfort, efficiency, and overall service. This upgrade allows us to continue delivering the personal, community-focused banking you’ve come to expect – in a bigger space.
Core services remain the same, and your full service banking needs can be met at this location, including investments, day-to-day banking and lending requests. Any updates to hours will be clearly communicated in advance on our website, social media and in-branch.
Yes. We will ensure a smooth transition, so you have access to your banking services with minimal disruption. Any temporary changes will be communicated ahead of time. Our other branches will be fully operational as well as online and mobile app banking.

Our ATM currently located at the Tartu College branch on Bloor Street will be relocated to our new Madison Avenue branch. During the transition, there will be a temporary period when the ATM is out of service while it is being moved and installed. We’ll keep members updated on timing and availability on our website. You can also use the ATM locator on our website to find other network ATM machines.
