Canada Post Labour Disruption

With the Canada Post service disruption, we want to ensure that you continue to have seamless access to your banking services with Northern Birch Credit Union. If you currently receive paper statements in the mail, they may be delayed until the postal service disruption is over. Now is a great time to switch to paperless e-statements. You can view your current and past e-statements and manage your banking anytime through our online banking or mobile app. To keep your accounts in good standing, please continue to make required payments on time.

How to stay on top of your banking during this time:

Online & Mobile Baking

  • Access e-Statements, transfer funds, and manage your accounts securely online. Need help getting set up with online or mobile banking? Contact your branch and we'd be happy to help you. You can download our mobile banking app here.

Bill Payments

  • We encourage you to use our online banking or mobile app to pay bills. You can also set up pre-authorized payments through your bill payee vendor or call us or visit us in-branch to make a payment.

Deposits & Transfers

  • Deposit cheques using the mobile app or a surcharge-free ATM. Set up direct deposit for regular income like payroll or government payments, including CRA Direct Deposit. Send money easily with Interac e-Transfers®. Transfers between accounts can be completed in online or mobile banking, or by contacting your branch. 

Branch Support

  • Our branches remain open and ready to assist. If you need help with digital banking tools, we're here for you.
