​Emergency Temporary Credit Limit Increases 

Emergency credit limit increases to cover airfare, car rentals, food, shelter, medical supplies, medications and other expenses are available to those currently outside of Canada and actively trying to get back into the country. 

Increased Contactless Transaction Limits of $250

Collabria has implemented an increase in maximum contactless transaction limits to $250 for all cardholders. This may be subject to availability depending on the rules and regulations set up by specific stores and merchants. 

Minimum Payment Deferral

Deferral of Minimum Payments are available to cardholders for up to 3 months at a time, with the option to extend to 6 months if needed. Please contact Collabria to get approved for this relief measure.  

Reduced Interest Rate of 10.9%

Cardholders will have their interest rate reduced to 10.9% for up to 6 months when cardholders contact Collabria and request financial relief due to COVID-19 impacts.
