    Our new online banking and mobile app interface is here, offering you a better banking experience!

    We've heard your feedback and are improving our existing online banking and mobile app to enhance the user experience. The refreshed experience has the same features you're used to, with a new user interface bringing an improved look and feel and better navigation. 

    How to get the new online banking experience 
    All users have automatically transitioned to the new platform. Your current login and password information will remain unchanged. 

    How to get the refreshed app 
    The new app will be available on Google Play and the App Store. Search for 'Northern Birch Credit Union'. 
    If you already have the NBCU Mobile App installed, you will be prompted to update your app on and after our launch date. 

    What's not changing? 
    Your login credentials are not changing. You can continue to login using your existing username and password. 
    If you have memorized accounts set up, you may need to re-enter the information upon first log in.

    Online Banking

    Online banking will continue to give you the core functionality you're used to; transfer funds, check your balances, pay bills, send and receive Interac e-Transfers, send International Transfers and more. 
    It's been redesigned to deliver an improved experience that adapts to all screen sizes.

    New Mobile App

    With our mobile apps you'll enjoy the same features as Online Banking with a banking experience designed specifically for your mobile device. 

    The mobile app is available for both iOS and Android users. 

    • Touch and Face ID login
    • Refreshed experience with a new and improved look and feel 

    How to: Enable Biometrics

    Mobile app only
    - When logging in, select 'Remember me' and set up your memorized account information.
    - Once logged in, go to Settings and Biometrics.
    - Read and tap Accept.
    - Turn on Biometric Login and tap Enable. You will need to re-enter your password.

    How to: Download e-Statements

    Online banking only
    - Once logged in, click on the My Accounts icon
    - Select View e-Statements from the menu 
    - Find the e-statement you want and click on Download

    How to: Manage Alerts

    In online banking:
    - Once logged in, click on the Messages and Alerts icon
    - Select Manage Alerts
    - Set up and manager your alerts 
    In the mobile app:
    - Once logged in, swipe left to find the Alerts Icon
    - Set up and manager your alerts

    How to: Set up Quickview

    Mobile app only:
    - From the home page, click 'Set Up' under Set Up Quickview
    - Check off the Quickview box
    - From the home screen, you can select Quickview Settings
    - Once in settings, you can choose up to 3 accounts to display

    We've heard your feedback and are making improvements to our existing Online Banking and Mobile App to enhance the user experience and make it easier to do your banking on any device.
    In late October, as we work with our digital banking partner. Stay tuned for a launch date.
    On our launch date, you'll notice a new look and feel of online banking. It has all the same featured you're used to with our existing online banking. 
    Your username and password will be the same as they are now. All you have to do is sign in. 
    You will have to update your existing online banking app.
