Business Members & Online Banking

Read more about what is changing for our system conversion and what you may need to do if you are a current business online banking user.

We are excited to announce that we will be moving to a new banking system this spring.

The conversion is set to take place following close of business on Friday, April 16th through Monday, April 19th.

Our branches will be closed from Saturday, April 17th through Monday, April 19th. Although we are closed on Monday, April 19th, we will be available via phone and email to answer your calls and questions.

There will be no access to online banking or mobile banking from 3:30 pm  on Friday, April 16th until the morning of Monday, April 19th.

Learn more about how your business account may be affected by the change:

If you currently access your business account through a personal login:

This applies for businesses with only 1 signatory, such as a sole proprietorship or organization with 1 account signer. You will no longer be able to access your account through your personal membership.

You will need to be set up with new access through your business or organization account. This can be done before our conversion. After much consideration and member feedback, this decision was made to help enhance your day-to-day business  banking experience.

You should have recently received a letter asking you to contact us to setup new online access under your business account. To get in touch with us, please send an email to businessbanking@northernbirchcu.com or call us in branch!

For business/organizations with multiple signers:

Our new banking system will not allow multiple online accesses to one account.

What does this mean for your business account?

After our conversion, only 1 accoung signer will be able to have online access. That authorized individual will need to call or email us starting Monday, April 19th to get set up with online access to the business or organization account. We can only set this up after our system switch.

Please call our Estonian House Branch and select the Business Account option, or ask for Baiba Auzane at our Latvian Centre Branch.
